If you would like to book any equipment from Technical Support, you can now do so through the online booking system. The equipment is referred to as 'assets'

Booking the projector

You can now book the projector. It is now based in Technical Support and is available via the Room Booking system.

The new intranet is now online.
There are significant changes over the old intranet and new features will be introduced over the coming months.
A summary of the new features are as follows:

Room Booking
The room booking works much the same as before with the exception of you can now view the bookings for each room over a full week.

Helpdesk
The helpdesk has now been made even easier to use and has been expanded to accomodate a wider range of IT problems. You will also now be mailed when new followups are posted to any ticket that you have opened.

Articles
A new articles section has been added which allows users to create their own webpages through a web browser. A demonstration and staff training will follow soon to give an insight into creating content to be placed on the intranet.
